Yes TMD. I'm 19 years old and skinny as fuck. My friends have started hitting gym and started getting results. I want to go to the gym and man up my physique a bit, but I know they'll just make fun of me because I'm not as strong as them.
So I'm asking for some help from The Man Dem out there. What can I do to get bigger and stronger BEFORE I hit the gym with my friends? Proven tips please!

My advice? Bang out some press ups on a daily basis. Start at 50 a day and work your way up to whatever you can. These are basically a full upper body workout for the new starter
There is no quick way to get big and it might not even be in your DNA. If you're a straight up skinny mother fucker like the dude in the pic, you're probably never gonna get big. On the plus side you should be able to get some sick abs (bitches love abs) so bang out some sit ups while you're there. Just make sure you don't take steroids into this guy's gym...
